Coke oven waste heat furnace
This product is a waste heat boiler, that is a waste heat recovery device, its natural attribute is energy-saving and emission reduction equipment, after putting into operation, the dust content of the exhaust flue gas ≤ 10mg/Nm³, SO2≤30mg/Nm³, NOx≤150mg/Nm³, and the online testing by the Environmental Protection Bureau has reached the national emission standard. Customer measured data: a total of 907,600 tons of coke were produced throughout the year, 2.69 million tons of high-temperature and ultra-high pressure steam were produced (after deducting planned maintenance of boilers and other equipment), 887 million kWh of power generation (after deducting planned maintenance of equipment), ton of coke power generation reached ~1000KWh/ton, creating annual economic benefits of 430 million yuan, while saving 354,800 tons/year of standard coal, reducing emissions of toner by 241,264 tons/year, carbon dioxide 884339000 kg/year, Sulfur dioxide 26,610,000 kg/year, nitrogen oxides 13,305,000 kg/year. The product is pioneering in the industry, and the efficiency of the rest of the thermal power generation has been increased by nearly 40% compared with the medium-pressure waste heat boiler on the market, reaching the international leading level. "Dual-channel hedging built-in turbulent low NOx type high temperature and ultra-high pressure reheat coke oven waste heat boiler" was rated as the first (set) in China in the key field of equipment manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province in 2020.
